A pre-booked transfer is usually 10-15% cheaper than a metered taxi from the airport rank, comes with a fixed price you know before you fly, and includes a driver who knows the way to your hotel. We arrange transfers through OTTI Travel, our local partner operator on the ground in Kusadasi.

How to book
A short message, a same-day quote
Send us your flight number, hotel name, party size, and date. We reply with a fixed quote within a working day. Confirm by email and your driver is set. Most travellers book 1-2 weeks before arrival; same-day bookings are usually possible inside 6 hours.

Common questions
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free; longer delays incur a small wait fee.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, in EUR, GBP, USD, or Turkish lira. Card payments are also accepted by most drivers via SumUp.
Are child seats available?
Yes, free. Tell us the ages when you request the quote.
What about return transfers?
Book the return at the same time and we hold the same fare. The driver collects you in time for international check-in (3 hours pre-flight).
How does it compare to a Havas bus?
The Havas bus to Izmir centre is cheaper (EUR 5) but requires a transfer onwards to your hotel. Worth it for solo travellers heading to Alsancak; the maths flips in favour of a private transfer for two or more people.
